Questions

About Veridence.

Is Veridence only for skilled nursing?
No. Assisted living communities use Veridence for medication administration, resident records, incident follow-up and staff credentials.
Does Veridence use F-tags for assisted living?
No. F-tags are federal rules for skilled nursing. Assisted living is inspected by each state under its own regulations and citation scale, such as Class 1 to 4 in Florida or Type A and B in California. Veridence keeps the records state inspectors review.
Does it work for operators with both assisted living and skilled nursing?
Yes. Both can be seen on one screen, each with the records that apply to it.
