Claims, payments and resident accounts become proposed journal entries. Your team reviews and posts them. Bills, bank statements and payroll hours close the loop in the same place.
Each claim month, each payment and each resident account entry is proposed as a draft. Only posted entries reach the trial balance, income statement and balance sheet.
| Item | Where | Status |

A bill is approved by someone other than who entered it, and the same invoice is entered once. Bank lines are matched one to one, by amount and date, and a person accepts each match.

Weekly overtime, or the 8 and 80 rule where the building uses it, with differentials in the regular rate.
The person who prepared a period cannot approve it, and nothing is exported before approval.
Earned when a pay period is approved and taken a day at a time, never past the balance.
Claims, payments, bills and hours, as they happen.
Proposed journal entries, one per source.
Your team posts, reverses or corrects.
